MyCrew was a social fitness platform designed to connect active people with local workouts and each other. At its peak it served more than 30,000 users and was home to the Midnight Runners — one of the largest social running communities at the time — before merging into the Masters app.
As part of the development team in Los Angeles, Julius contributed to both the mobile app and the organiser web portal. The work spanned role-management flows, backend-connected product surfaces, cloud infrastructure, and continuous deployment.
Engineering quality was treated as part of the product: the backend and admin panel reached around 80% test coverage, helping the team ship confidently while keeping a high-engagement community platform stable as it grew.
